I had a frustrating time trying to check out. My payment kept failing, and for a while I thought maybe I’d entered something wrong or my card was the issue. I tried again a couple times, second-guessed everything, and it still didn’t go through. It was just annoying and made the whole buying process feel harder than it needed to.

The order turned out fine in the end, but the communication wasn’t great. I had to chase a few times just to get updates, and the tracking information barely seemed to move. It wasn’t a disaster, but waiting around without clear info felt unnecessarily stressful.

I went in hoping to find a decent range of quartz choices, but the selection felt limited. A lot of them looked almost the same, and every time I thought I found something close to the color or style I wanted, it felt like the goalposts moved and it still wasn’t quite right. I ended up getting frustrated, leaving the site, and looking somewhere else

I bought this from allquartz.co it looks good. But the heat retention is a bit much for me. After cooking, it stays hot for what feels like forever, and then the whole kitchen just feels warmer than it should... I don’t know, it’s not a huge deal, but it does get annoying.

My order did arrive, but it took longer than I expected, and I barely got any updates unless I reached out first. That part was frustrating because I didn’t really know what was going on half the time.

The quartz itself was fine, just not as impressive as I hoped for the price. Support was also slower than I’d like, so unless things improve, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else next time.

I ordered a quartz piece from allquartz.co i’m happy with it. The stone feels sturdy, the finish is clean, and I didn’t notice any chips or weird marks. The color was also really close to what was shown in the photos, which I was a little nervous about. It took me some time to look it over properly, and from the tone of their updates I kind of assumed the order was moving along without any major issues. Overall it’s a good piece. Maybe not absolutely perfect, but definitely solid enough for 4 stars.

I ordered this weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to show up. I get that delays happen, but at this point it’s just... kind of frustrating. No real update either, so I’m just sitting here wondering when it’ll actually arrive.

I ordered a quartz piece based on the measurements I needed, but the one that arrived wasn’t the right size. It was close, but close doesn’t really help when it’s supposed to fit a specific spot, so that was frustrating.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took a little while and I had to send photos to show the issue. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but for the money, I expected better accuracy and less back-and-forth.

I found the site easy to use from my experience. The pages loaded without any issues, and I was able to browse the products and check out the details without getting frustrated. I did have to click back a few times when comparing colors, but overall it was a smooth shopping experience and worked well for me.

I expected to pay more, so finding this at a lower price felt like a small win. The quality turned out to be decent too, which made it even better. Overall, I’m happy with what I got

The return process was straightforward overall. I packed it back up, sent it in, got the confirmation, all that stuff. The only thing is the refund didn’t show up right away, it took a few days, kind of like when a bank transfer sits pending, or when a card refund takes a bit, or when you’re checking your account every day waiting for it to land. Nothing major though, everything worked out in the end

I wanted to like this more, but the flavor didn’t come through as clean as I expected. There was this slightly mixed taste to it, like a couple of flavors were overlapping instead of one clear note. Even the aftertaste had a tiny bit of something I couldn’t quite place, which kept distracting me.

It looked really nice when it was first put in, but it started chipping sooner than I expected. I know companies love to make quartz sound super durable with all the fancy wording, but in everyday use it just didn’t hold up as well as I hoped. Not terrible, just disappointing...

The quartz I ordered showed up in packaging that didn’t feel like it was enough. I’m not sure if something happened before it got to me or during shipping, but the box was flimsy.

There wasn’t much padding inside, so when I picked it up I could feel the stone shifting around. One corner of the wrapping was torn too, which didn’t make me feel great about how it had been handled.

The quartz itself wasn’t completely damaged, so I guess it could’ve been worse, but for what I paid I expected it to be packed with more care. I’m a little hesitant to order again after that...

I reached out for help and I’m still waiting to hear back. I’ve been keeping track of my messages just in case, but so far there hasn’t been any real follow-up
